RED WINE ERRE PUNTO 2018

Denomination of origin: Rioja

Varietals: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Viura , Malvasía

Wine production: Manual harvest of grape from vineyards of 30 years old average in 12kg boxes and thermo regulated in specially designed cooling chambers during 24 hours (4-6 degrees) prior to fermentation. Selection of grape on tables and separation of shoulders and tips. This wine is elaborated from the tips of the clusters. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and 7000 liter based on the Carbonic Maceration wine making process.

RED WINE MARTÍNEZ LACUESTA CRIANZA 2016

Cellar: Martínez Lacuesta.

Denomination of origin:Rioja.

Varietals: Tempranillo, Graciano y Mazuelo.

Wine production: This harvest was qualified by the D.O. Rioja as GOOD. Aged in new and middle new American oak casks for a period of 18 months, rounded off with 6 more months in the bottle.

Lore de Ostatu 2016

WHITE WINE LORE DE OSTATU 2016

Cellar: Ostatu.

Denomination of origin: Rioja.

Varietals: Viura, Malvasía.

Wine production: Destemmed and 8 hours low temperature maceration.

The grape must ferments on the lees in 500 l oaks during 27 days, with a temperature close to 16ºC. The wine is then kept with the lees in the cask until it is bottled, light weekly batonage.

Natural cold stabilisation. Filtered only for tartaric stabilisation process.
