WHITE WINE SIN PALABRAS MOSTO FLOR

Cellar: Adegas Castrobrey.
Denomination of origin: Rías Baixas (Subzona Ulloa).
Varietals: Albariño.
Wine making: Manual selection, destemming and soft crushing. Immediate refrigeration at 10 ºC and pre-fermentation maceration for 4 to 6 hours to enhance the aromatic profile. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (16 – 18 ºC). Once finished, selection of part of the fine lees to make a smooth ‘battonage’ for two months.

Denomination of origin: Rías Baixas.
Varietals: Albariño.
Wine making: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 17ºC. Aged for twelve months in stainless steel tanks.
