Varietals: Garnacha negra, Pinot noir.
Ageing: More than 12 months.
Wine making: Short maceration to obtain the necessary aromas and color. Low temperature fermentation to preserve varietal aromas. Minimum aging of 12 months in bottle and rinsed in a desk.

CAVA RESERVA BRUT EFECTE ALBERT I NOYA

Cellar: Albet i Noya.
Denomination of origin: Classic Penedès.
Varietals: Perellada, Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay.
Wine making: This wine has been made by the traditional method. It has aged in our cellar at a constant temperature of 16ºC and has subsequently been clarified. Its disgorging has been manual and without freezing and the date of said operation is printed on the back label of the bottle. The quality of the product will be optimal during the eighteen months following its disgorgement. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6ºC.
